Troubleshooting
The nf-core community project, of which nf-core/pixelator is a part, has detailed information on how to troubleshoot your nf-core pipelines. This will allow you to troubleshoot errors when running the pipeline, and gather valuable information you might need to send us to support you.
Help Support
If you encounter troubles running our pipeline, our support team will likely ask you for your hidden
file .nextflow.log
and the info files from the pipeline run.
We might also ask you for further files from your work directory or partial stages output. You can
zip them and send to us.
